Kathy is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist turned Relationship Coach. She has worked with couples and families for 30+ years, helping them create more fulfilling relationships. Kathy and Mark have been married for over 40 years and have launched 3 kids and various projects and businesses with varying success. Fortunately, the kids turned out much better than some of their other projects.
In 2015, Kathy began to create resources for marriage, especially entrepreneur couples, through her website, kathyrushing.com. She also launched a podcast, "Committed: The Entrepreneur Marriage." On the show, she interviews other couples to gather insights into strategies that have helped them keep their marriage strong while building a business.
Known for her sometimes irreverent wit, Kathy is a High I-D (DISC) who believes in working hard and playing hard. People often comment that she is easy to talk to and a good listener with sound advice.
Kathy is a passionate believer that you don't have to sacrifice your marriage for the sake of a successful business.
